In 2004 I decided to look into migrating from South Africa to Australia. I was immediately contacted by Garry and he met me to talk me through the process and how they could assist me which made me feel at ease immediately. From the beginning the level of service that I received was exceptional, I was always kept up to date and with such a complex process and all details were explained and made extremely easy for me and my family. There was at one point an issue with one of my references for work which could have jeopardized the entire process, however this was identified by Tracey Lawrence and rectified with the department of immigration with no concern to us at all, I consider this service excellence which could easily have become an issue.

In 2008 we decided to apply for a parent contributory visa for my mom. We did not hesitate in contacting Tracey to assist us again with this process, which again has been an extremely satisfactory experience.
